MTC Staff Training & Qualification Mobile Team Challenge can deliver both “Open” and “On-Site” Train the Trainer courses for Youth and Community organisations: MTC Training Overview: Topics covered on the MTC Training programme are divided into four key areas: 1. Technical Skills MTC On-Site Train the Trainer Programme: This is the most popular option amongst Youth and Community organisations due to the fact that the MTC Trainer delivers the training at the location of your choice. A two day programme is generally recommended with a one day and three day option also available. The Conflict Resolution programme is a minimum of two days, ideally three or four for maximum benefit. MTC Open Train the Trainer Programme: Every three months MTC organise a one day Open Training programme. This is not as comprehensive as the two or three day programme but it is provides a solid foundation to the MTC approach. One free place on one of the Open MTC Train the Trainer programmes is provided to organisations that choose the discounted MTC Standard package option. MTC Advanced Train the Trainer Programme: This course can only be completed by Individuals who have already qualified as an MTC Trainer. The course is two days in duration and covers more advanced Training concepts that ensure that individuals and organisations continue to develop the ways in which MTC enables them to achieve their objectives. Advanced Trainer programmes are very hands-on and will focus on the specific needs and issues facing your organisation. MTC Certification: Everyone attending an MTC Train the Trainer course is awarded an official MTC Certificate that is recognised by the growing number of organisations, both public and private sector, that have integrated MTC into their work. |
