"MTC Centre of Excellence for Experiential Learning" is an award and certification framework that offers a progressive development path for organisations that are truly committed to making positive, lasting and measurable change, using the range of solutions available from the MTC Toolkit.

There are numerous benefits associated with achieving MTC Centre of Excellence status:

• Highly effective utilisation of the MTC equipment and methodology. The level of understanding you will have developed by the time you achieve "MTC Centre of Excellence" status will mean that you will certainly and predictably be able to generate positive, lasting and measurable change in areas that are specific and highly have a direct benefit to your organisation.

• Public Relations. Achieving "Centre of Excellence" status is a newsworthy event. MTC will provide you with sample Press Releases and work with you to ensure that you get maximum PR value once you have received the award.

• Enhanced Credibility. You will be able to use the "MTC Centre of Excellence" symbol on any internal and/or external documentation for added credibility both inside and outside your organisation. In addition you organisation will be awarded a "Centre of Excellence" certificate that will be personally presented to you by a senior member of the MTC team.

• Staff Motivation. People are highly motivated to achieve and therefore the progression towards Centre of Excellence status is an enjoyable and rewarding process for members of your team. All staff that go through the development process will be awarded a Centre of Excellence certificate and be given an official "MTC Centre of Excellence" Polo Shirt.

• Increased Exposure. Your organisation will be giving space on the MTC Centre of Excellence section of the MTC Website.

The process for an organisation to achieve "MTC Centre of Excellence for Experiential Learning" is as follows:

• Investment in the World famous MTC Performance Plus, Performance or Standard equipment.

• Six or more members of your team to qualify as an MTC Trainer (two or three day programme)

• Six or more members of your team to qualify as an MTC Advanced Trainer.

• Allow MTC to carry out a Case Study that documents the benefits that your organisation has achieved as a result of becoming a Centre of Excellence

• Agree to and sign a commitment to operate according to certain principles laid down by MTC that ensures the highest level of performance and professionalism from all Centre of Excellence.

• Support MTC with a Research & Evaluation Study that will formally document the benefits achieved by your organisation as a result of integrating the MTC training, development and Education solution inside your organisation.
