Rod Baber

In the early hours of the 21st of May, Rod Baber stood at the top of the world. He had just conquered Mount Everest.
Every year hundreds of climbers make the journey to summit the Mecca of mountain climbing, and are ‘unsuccessful’. However these are the lucky one’s, because every year around a dozen climbers die on the road less traveled to overcoming the ultimate challenge.
World record breaking climber Rod Baber is a dynamic and inspirational leader and mentor, who has now been the motivating force behind four world records. His passion and energy provide for a truly inspirational training event, and his sheer focus and determination show what can actually be achieved by anyone who follows in his thinking.
Rod Baber led both the team that conquered Mount Everest and the project to create a new world record for the worlds highest mobile phone call. As a leader of both men and women he now coaches others in applying the principles he has used in achieving his own success.
At 29, Rod Baber gained the world record for climbing the highest point of every European country. The record was completed in 835 days from the first summit of Hvanndalshnukar in Iceland to Mt Ararat in Turkey (47 sovereign states in total). This smashed the previous record. He also holds the world record for climbing more of the world's highest points than any other person. This includes the summit of Mt Aconcagua in Argentina at the age of 24. His passion for travel has carried him through more than 60 countries around the world, including four major trips to the Himalayas.
Rod is currently busy delivering presentations on his new world record for MTC clients, and we are receiving bookings in advance for September onwards, every day now. So if you want to book Rod for either as a motivational speaker or to deliver training call now and we’ll be happy to help.
