MTC Staff Training & Qualification Mobile Team Challenge can deliver both "Open" and "On-Site" Train the Trainer courses for the Prison Service and Rehabilitation Centres: MTC Training Overview: Topics covered on the MTC Training programme are divided into four key areas: 1. Technical Skills MTC On-Site Train the Trainer Programme: This is by far the most popular option amongst Prisons, Young Offender Institutes and Rehabilitation Centres due to the fact that the MTC Trainer delivers the training at the location of your choice. A three day programme is recommended but a two day option is available where time and/or financial resources are very limited. MTC Open Train the Trainer Programme: Every three months MTC organise an one day Open Training programme. This is not as comprehensive as the two or three day programme but it is a very useful means of enabling individuals within an organisation to evaluate the equipment and training methodology at first-hand and then decide upon next steps. MTC Advanced Train the Trainer Programme: This course can only be completed by Individuals who have already qualified as an MTC Trainer. The course is two days in duration and covers more advance Training concepts that ensure that individuals and organisations continue to develop the ways in which MTC enables them to achieve their objectives. Advanced Trainer programmes are very hands-on and will focus on the specific needs and issues facing your organisation. MTC Certification: Everyone attending an MTC Train the Trainer course is awarded an official MTC Certificate that is recognised by the growing number of organisations, both public and private sector, that now use MTC. |
