Paula Power arctic explorer is yet another member of the team at Mobile Team Challenge who has achieved great success in the face of overwhelming adversity to create a new world record. Paula Power is no stranger to challenging environments and has successfully lead teams and mentored individuals to successfully achieve their goals in the most challenging environments. Paula led her team to a new world record by overcoming hostile whether conditions and a treacherous landscape, to become the first all female team to conquer the North Pole. Paula is also a successful business women who advises companies on organisational development all over the world. Prior to her outdoor achievements she worked in the UK, Africa and Hong Kong both in the IT and Telecommunications sectors. As well as being a specialist in the outdoor environment Paula is also an excellent coach who has coached other athletes to achieve record breaking success. All this is impressive enough but when you add to her list of accolades that she is also a wife and a mother, who has two lovely children, then she is not only an inspiration but also an example for us all.
