Paul Capper
Paul is an amazingly inspirational person that people find themselves instantly motivated by. He knows all to well the value that mentoring and guidance can have on the future of a young person.Finding school difficult as a result of dyslexia, Paul is someone who also found sanctuary in the pursuit of outdoor activities and experiential learning. Staff and mentors at Paul’s local outdoor activities centre helped him to overcome some of the challenges he faced as a young teenager who could so easily have followed many of his peers into the Youth Justice system. Pauls own experience has made him truly passionate about working with both children, young people with learning difficulties and behavioral challenges and the mentors that aspire to guide and motivate them towards their development into positive young adults. Paul has hundreds of success stories from people young and old, as a result of the programmes he and his team deliver and this is just one of the reasons why Paul has become known as the first-choice provider for the Princes Trust on a national scale. Outside of work, Paul is a proud and active father to his son Jaden and he also enjoys learning about new breakthroughs in the field of personal development.
