Mobile Team Challenge

Onwards, Upwards and Sometimes Sideways!!

Mobile Team Challenge is one of the countries leading authorities in experiential learning, and have a proven track record in the delivery learning development.

Throughout 2007 - 2008 Mobile Team Challenge will be hosting an inspirational and informative presentation focusing on new strategies to promote learning development. There will also be a number of truly inspirational speakers such as Rod Baber, who will be delivering a stunning presentation and motivational speech detailing his journey to achieve one of his lifetime goals to ‘Conquer Mount Everest’.

In the early hours of the 21st of May, Rod Baber stood at the top of the world. He had just conquered Mount Everest.

Every year hundreds of climbers make the journey to summit the Mecca of mountain climbing, and are ‘unsuccessful’. However these are the lucky one’s, because every year around a dozen climbers die on the road less traveled to overcoming the ultimate challenge.
World record breaking climber Rod Baber is a dynamic and inspirational speaker who has now been the motivating force behind four world records. His passion and energy provide for a truly inspirational presentation, and his sheer focus and determination show what can actually be achieved by anyone who follows in his thinking.

Rod Baber led both the team that conquered Mount Everest and the project to create a new world record for the worlds highest mobile phone call. As a leader of both men and women he now coaches others in applying the principles he has used in achieving his own success.

Many would say that Rod is an extraordinary person. Rod would say that he is no different than the millions of people who have dreams and aspirations that they want to achieve, other than the fact that he uses Appreciative Inquiry to plan, focus and motivate him on the way through his journey to achieving success.
