What is Mobile Team Challenge?

Mobile Team Challenge is a totally unique, portable and patented accelerated and experiential learning solution. We are not a traditional training and development provider. Our aim is to further empower the relevant members of your internal Training, Development and HR teams so that they can deliver more positive, effective and enjoyable interventions on a consistent and on-going basis.

Both research and common sense tell us that the key to the lasting impact of training and development interventions is repetition. MTC is a tool that organisations own and use in-house on a regular basis, once the initial training and set-up phase has been completed and certification awarded.

MTC is based on Four Foundations:

• World Class Products, Tools and Equipment
• Experiential and Accelerated Learning
• Empowerment
• Facilitation, Coaching and Training

MTC’s Corporate Solutions are offered to clients in three distinct phases as shown in the graph below:

Performance Effectiveness

(The above chart shows that Phase Three provides the ability to achieve 120% Performance Effectiveness by integrating the MTC Solution. This is a function of the step change that can be realised with one on one coaching, mentoring and personalised consultancy)

To really reap the rewards that the MTC accelerated learning approach has to offer and the obvious benefits associated with sustained and on-going training and development interventions, MTC has a clear development path that organisations can follow. This means that the effectiveness of the MTC Corporate Solutions increases further as each phase is initiated. Whilst each phase is optional and some organisations decide to invest in Phase One only, this is not the norm, nor is it the recommended course of action that MTC would advise. Most organisations realise the increased benefits that an on-going partnership with MTC can offer. In short, it ensures that the MTC tools and methodology continues to be directly relevant to your business issues, and that improvement continues on an upward spiral.

Phase One

This is the entry point for MTC Corporate Solutions. In summary, these are the components of phase one:

Interactive Demonstration - Investment in Equipment & Training - Application Customisation - Certification

Here is a more detailed description of Phase One:

Interactive Demonstration. For a total cost of £147 your organisation can benefit from a fun 2hr Interactive Demonstration for up to 40 people of the unique MTC tools, methodology and equipment!………… You can request an Interactive Demonstration for £147 by clicking here and completing the Enquiry Form.

• Investment in World Famous MTC Equipment. Once a decision is made to work with MTC, then an investment is made in one of the World Class MTC equipment packages and this package is delivered to you within 14 days.

• Train the Trainer. A personalised two or three day MTC Train the Trainer programme is then arranged for the key members of your team who are involved with delivering training and development initiatives and programmes within your organisation.

• Application Customisation. During the Train the Trainer programme, the MTC Trainer will work with your team to ensure that, by the end of the programme, every individual is confident that the interventions that your team is now qualified to deliver are completely relevant to the business issues you need to address.

• Certification and MTC Membership. Shortly upon completion of Training, every individual who attended the training will be issued with a formal certificate. At this stage your MTC organisational membership will also go live, and you will be part of the ever expanding and supportive MTC Fraternity. Access to the restricted areas of the MTC website will be available and you can make use of the numerous online resources and tools that MTC has created. Membership also allows you to send members of your organisation to the MTC Annual Workshop, where existing users gather to share ideas, take part in insightful and inspiring sessions and network with a wide range of other committed MTC users.

Phase Two

Phase Two is a progression for organisations which have been using and working with MTC equipment and training methodologies for a minimum of three months:

Evaluation - Training Needs Analysis - Advanced Development Workshops – Application Customisation

Here are more details about each component of Phase Two:

• Evaluation. A suitably experienced MTC Team Member will work with you to quickly evaluate the effectiveness of Phase One implementation.

• Training Needs Analysis. As part of, and in addition to the evaluation process, an updated needs analysis will be undertaken and this will be used as the basis for the Advanced Development Workshop.

• Advanced Development Workshop. Based on the outcome and understanding that has been reached as a result of the Needs Analysis, MTC will provide you with a range of bespoke workshop and further training ideas. Highly experienced and effective MTC Team members will then come to the location of your choice to deliver the Advanced Workshops, which may be anywhere from a half day to three days in duration.

• Application Customisation. One of the outcomes of the Phase Two Development Workshop will be to provide new ideas, input and inspiration to further support you in addressing the current business challenges and issues that you face.

It should be noted that a number of MTC clients ask MTC to carry out a range of Phase Two Development workshops on a wide range of topics that come under the Six Key Performance areas in which MTC specialises.

Phase Three

This is a development option offered to organisations who believe that they could benefit from some on-going support and input at an individual as well as a team level.

Here is a quick summary of Phase Three:

Individual Needs Analysis – Coaching/Mentoring/Consultancy - Review

• Individual Needs Analysis. As with all Phases in the MTC development process, a quick and effective needs analysis is carried out to determine and clarify current issues and challenges and desired outcomes.

• Coaching/Mentoring/Consultancy. MTC has a large, international team of qualified, experienced and successful coaches, mentors and consultants who can provide either individual or group support as required. Regular coaching/mentoring sessions can be carried out face to face or over the telephone depending on specific needs, requirements and individual preferences. A variety of powerful tools, profiling techniques and underlying methodologies will be used by the MTC team to rapidly enhance personal and team development.

• Review. As with any successful programme, regular reviews are critical to ensure that programmes are on target and on track. Your MTC Relationship Manager will arrange a formal review with you after an agreed period of time.

It should be remembered that however far you and/or your organisation choose to go with MTC, MTC Organisational membership means that you will always remain part of the MTC Fraternity and be able to access the tools, resources and support that is always moving forward and looking for ways to better serve MTC Clients.
