MTC European Membership

MTC Membership, at either an individual or organisational level, is possible once Phase One implementation has been completed - IE your organisation has an MTC equipment package and your team have been trained and certified to use the MTC equipment and methodology.
MTC Membership is free for the first year to organisations that have invested in MTC Phase One and for all staff that have been certified as MTC Trainers.

• Centre of Excellence Certification and Status. Upon completion of Phase One, your organisation will be issued with an MTC Centre of Excellence certificate. This has excellent PR value for you, your team and your organisation and further builds credibility around the professional standards to which you work. MTC will also work with you and support you in getting your Centre of Excellence statues featured in the key professional training and development and HR magazines, journals and publications. In addition to the Certification, your organisation will be able to use the “MTC Centre of Excellence” logo on any internal and/or external publications for added credibility.

• Two Free Individual Memberships. As part of the organisation Membership you will receive two individual memberships completely free of charge (£194 saving).

• Member Discount Vouchers. Significant discount vouchers that can be used against other MTC Training, Coaching, Mentoring and/or Consultancy services.

• Website Access. This includes the following benefits:

• MTC organisation Directory Inclusion. Free Entry. Free entry to this directory announces your membership to other MTC members and enables you to contact and develop win-win relationships with other MTC users around the UK, Europe and North America.

• MTC Bookstore and Infosource. Further resources, information E-books as well as an online bookstore

• In the News. Relevant features and updates that relate to MTC with the ability to upload your own news, or features you come across that may be relevant to other members.

• Case Study Forum. The Online MTC Case Study Forum puts real-life learning and teaching from other MTC Members at your fingertips.

MTC Europe Individual Membership Benefits:
Being an MTC member is a valuable asset in your professional career. It will ensure that you get the recognition you deserve and help keep you ahead of your peers:

• Individual Certification. Upon completion of the Phase One Train the Trainer programme, you will be awarded an MTC Facilitators Certificate, which is ratified and endorsed by the creators of the MTC training programme in the USA. MTC Individual Membership has to be kept up to date for this qualification to remain current. There are health and safety and quality issues associated with staying up to date with important MTC developments.

• Annual MTC Members Workshop. Every year we hold a one day event in the UK, where all MTC Individual Members are invited to attend. There is only a nominal charge, to cover venue costs, etc, for attending this inspiring workshop. As well as the obvious networking benefits, new ideas, updates and developments in the MTC world are presented to and discussed by all members. New MTC products and new ways to use existing activities and MTC training approaches will be also be presented. A key personal development topic is also presented by a charismatic and interesting guest speaker. The day is always highly interactive and there are lots of hands-on opportunities. The key thing is that everyone goes away inspired with new ideas and new friends who can help them in their personal and professional goals.

• Member Discount Vouchers. Significant discount vouchers that can be used against Phase Two and Phase Three MTC Training programmes.

• Free Book. All new members will be given details of how to receive a free copy of the “Fastest Selling Book in History”. This book will be provided in electronic form and can be accessed over the internet or printed out as required.
