Barry Bailey has 25 years experience in building and leading teams to achieving great success. His expertise in leadership and management have utilized by companies all over the world ranging from SME’s to International, Blue-Chip empires as well as the RAF, Army, Navy and HMP.

A graduate of Ashridge Management College and the London Business School, Barry holds a Masters accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Fellowship with the International Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

Barry completed 25 years as General Manager and various Senior Positions within 3M – his most recent assignment successfully building and leading a European business in excess of $500M.

As an accredited LEAN / Six Sigma Practitioner he has implemented several significant Change Management initiatives working with organisations such as: Nortel, 3M, Marconi, NHS, Breakthrough Cancer Research, several Colleges and Universities and numerous Local Authorities.

Now co-owner of Mobile Team Challenge (Europe) Ltd he combines his significant leadership expertise with his “3M innovative philosophies” to develop efficient individual leadership skills, to create highly effective performance teams and to initiate inspirational organisational development for companies ranging from SME’s to International, Blue-Chip empires as well as the RAF, Army, Navy and HMP.

As a qualified / Business Coach and Myers Briggs Practitioner, he is frequently quoted as being “inspirational and fun” in his unique experiential delivery style.
