Paul Capper is most well known for his seminal and transformational work with young people. He is the country's most successful
and most active provider of residential programmes for the Princes Trust and he is also one of only handful of trainers certified
to deliver MTC Facilitation training programmes. Paul is a qualified NLP Practitioner, youth worker and trained Life Coach. |

Steve Woods is recognised as an expert in his field by the British Standards Institute and he holds an accreditation from ERCA (the European
Ropes Course Association) as one of their prestigious European instructors. Steve was formerly head of Europe's leading supplier of high
ropes courses as a Senior Instructor before becoming one of the founder Facilitators and Trainers for MTC. Steve's passion is for the
development of people and skills and even after arduous days of training Steve can be frequently seen climbing the sea cliffs of Dorset by
way of personal recreation. Steve's outstanding expertise is widely recognised by specialists in the industry and he travels the length and
breadth of Europe delivering highly energetic and motivational sessions. Steve is significantly engaged working with RAF and Army and there
are not many bases or stations that he have not experienced Steve's contagious and fun approach to personal, and team development. |

Terri Champney-Willis has worked for MTC for the last 2 years as Administrative Manager. Her role is to co-ordinate the training requirements,
book courses and programmes, issue certification and customer liaison as well as managing and measuring our office procedures and
processes within MTC. During her younger years, Terri lived the exciting life of travelling the world perfecting her client skills working as a croupier on cruise ships before settling back in Poole where she now lives with her 2 children. Terri says... "I love the ethos, the values and all of what MTC stands for in its belief in unleashing peoples potential and personal, team and company development making people's lives at all ages and from all sectors more rewarding. It's great to hear and read the feedback from delegates where MTC products and programmes have, literally, 'changed their lives" |

Kerry Sweeney is the Business Development Manager for MTC. His background stems from a deep passion of sports. As a young boy he
played for his county football club from there he went on to play for Wycombe Wanderers, Southampton and Chelsea youth academies.
Being very keen in sports Kerry played for his school rugby team, he was scouted for the County side and put forward to play for
the South East of England. Kerry got placed in his school 400 metre athletics squad at a county athletics day, He won the race and with a great time too. 18 months later at the age of 16 Kerry held the U17mens 400m UK record with a time that is five seconds off the men's world record and less than one second off the women's world record. |
